itaú is the largest bank in latin america and every year they run a special campaign aimed at employees in the collections offices, with the goal of encouraging them to reach new targets and enhance overall performance.

 

on 2024, the campaign was inspired by arcades, fusing retro visuals with a racing game aesthetic that plays into the challenges, adrenaline and motivation of the employees. the rollout strategy included posts, a series of promotional material and even a board game.
