itaú is the largest bank in latin america and every year they run a special campaign aimed at employees in the collections offices, with the goal of encouraging them to reach new targets and enhance overall performance.

on 2023, the theme was music, motivating employees to showcase their own talents and express themselves creatively.

the campaign was split in three stages: dance party, rock concert and jazz club, each one with its own design and promotional material.
